- 1 (15 oz.) can pink salmon
- 1 egg
- 1 heaping tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Pour salmon juice into measuring cup and set aside.

2Put salmon in mixing bowl and 1 egg.

3Break up salmon and mix the egg real good.

4Fork in 1/2 cup flour.

5Mixture is thick.

6Add a little pepper, 1/4 salmon juice and add 1 teaspoon baking powder. Beat with a fork.

7It must foam.
-
8Pour into salmon mixture.

9Mix with fork.
-
10Scoop with small spoons into hot oil.
-
11Makes brown tidbits.

12Stick with toothpick and serve with dip or put a hot sauce over them.
