  • 1 lb. beef roast
  • 1 c. radishes
  • 1 c. green onions
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1 c. cilantro
  • 3 avocados
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 to 4 peppers
  • 1/2 c. green and black olives
  • salt

Directions

    Cook meat with spices and 3 cups of water for about 2 to 3 hours or until tender; let meat cool.

    Cut up in small pieces. Cut up remaining vegetables except lettuce and peppers.

    Lay lettuce on bottom of bowl.
