  • 30 tomatoes
  • 8 green peppers
  • 5 or 6 heads garlic
  • 6 or 7 onions
  • 12 hot peppers
  • salt to taste
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 3 or 4 cans tomato paste

Directions

    Wash vegetables and cut into very small pieces (except tomatoes).

    Wash tomatoes and dip in hot water to remove skin. Put everything in big pot to cook at slow temperature until it starts to boil.

    Wash jars and lids and sterilize.

    Fill jars with mix.

    Cook for about 45 minutes in canning pots.
