- 1 (28 oz.) can whole canned tomatoes
- 1 can green chiles, chopped
- 3 green onions with stems
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 1 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- cilantro
Directions

1Drain tomato juice into bowl.

2Add green chiles, onions, garlic, lemon juice and chopped cilantro.

3Chop tomatoes in blender just until chunky.

4Add salt and pepper to taste.

5I'm sure you could add jalapenos to this recipe although I didn't miss them.
