  • 3 (16 oz.) cans Mexican stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. Louisiana hot sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp. jalapeno juice (if desired)

Directions

    Chop cilantro and place in blender.

    Add 2 cans of stewed tomatoes, garlic, 1/2 cup green onions and tomato paste.

    Blend to count of 5 and dump into a bowl.
