- 30 tomatoes, peeled and quartered
- 7-10 big jalapenos
- 2 medium onion
- 2 medium green pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Chop all vegetables into chunks.

2In a heavy pan, simmer tomatoes, onion, green pepper, and jalapenos for 3 hours with the lid off.

3Stir constantly; after about 2 to 2 1/2 hours, add salt and sugar.

4Pour sauce in jars and boil for 10 minutes.
