  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
  • 3 to 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
