  • 16 c. peeled and chopped tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
  • 2 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 8 c. hot yellow peppers
  • 8 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 or 2 jalapeno peppers
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. chili pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 c. vinegar

    Cook ingredients 1 hour.

    Mix 1 cup cold water and 8 tablespoons cornstarch.

    Add to vegetables.

    Put in cans and cook 20 minutes in hot water bath.
