  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 instant vanilla pudding (regular size box)
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Put 1/2 in bottom of large bowl.

    Set 1/2 aside.

    Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter.
