  • 2 c. corn, drained
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. bread cubes
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 beaten eggs

Directions

    Combine corn, milk, salt and pepper; place in greased casserole.

    Melt butter and add bread cubes.

    Blend but do not brown.

    Sprinkle cubes over corn mixture and bake for 30 minutes in 350° oven.

    Serve at once.
