- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 3/4 lb. boneless pork, cubed
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 (16 oz.) jars salsa
- 2 (15 oz.) cans spicy chili beans
- shredded lettuce
- shredded Cheddar
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
Directions

1Brown onion and pork in oil in skillet or Dutch oven until pork is no longer pink.

2Stir in salsa and beans.

3Cook 30 to 40 minutes.

4Stir occasionally.

5Ladle into bowls and add lettuce, Cheddar cheese, sour cream and green chilies.

6Makes 6 (1 1/4-cup) servings.
