- 1 round rye bread
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. salsa
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, sour cream and salsa until well blended. Stir in Cheddar cheese.

2Cut top off bread and save.

3Hollow out bread.

4Spoon cheese mixture into bread and cover with bread top. Wrap in foil and place on cookie sheet.

5Bake 1 1/2 hours at 400°.
