- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans clear beef broth
- 3 c. dry medium shell macaroni or 2 c. dry elbow macaroni
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 c. salsa
Directions

1In 10-inch skillet, over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat.

2Spoon off fat.

3Add broth. Heat to boiling.

4Stir in macaroni.

5Reduce to medium heat.

6Cook 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring often.
