Salsa Omelet

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk or 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons salsa
- 2 tablespoons shredded cheese (I like cheddar)
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon butter (to coat skillet)
Directions

1Heat skillet on medium low with butter in pan.

2Beat eggs an milk until frothy.

3Pan is ready when butter makes little bubbles.

4Pour eggs into pan.

5When eggs are mostly set, lift outside of egg and tilt pan until the gooey egg runs underneath (it's okay if some of the egg stays on top).

6Spoon salsa onto the left side of the egg, and flip the other half on top.

7Cook for about a minute and flip onto other side.

8Sprinkle cheese on top and cover until the cheese melts.

9Spread sour cream on top
