  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Mexican style stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro or parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 to 1/2 tsp. jalapeno pepper or pepper sauce to taste

    Chop tomatoes in blender.

    Pour into a bowl with rest of ingredients.

    Serve with tortilla chips, vegetable sticks, potato chips and toast.
