  • 3 qt. tomato juice
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp. cumin seed or 1/2 Tbsp. powder
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 3 qt. tomato chunks, chopped
  • 1 c. sweet green pepper, chopped
  • 3 c. onion, finely chopped
  • 3 c. green chile peppers, finely chopped or minced
