- 10 lb. tomatoes
- 3 diced yellow onions
- 20 cayenne peppers
- 5 lb. green tomatoes
- 4 minced garlic cloves
Directions

1Peel, core and chop tomatoes. Chop peppers.

2Mix all together. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

3Bring just to a boil.

4Ladle into hot pint jars. Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and/or vinegar to each jar.

5Adjust lids.
