- 1 TBS Olive Oil
- 1 lb. tomatillos
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 TBS Cilantro
- 2 tsp. minced jalapeno
- 1 c. chicken stock
- 1 TBS Mrs Renfro's Jalapeno Green Salsa
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onion in olive oil in large skillet until soft. Add garlic. Cook tomatillos in boiling, salted water for 2 to 3 minutes, then puree in blender with cilantro. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes. Add Jalapeno Green Salsa. Serve at room temperature.
