Salsa Verde Dip

  • 1 (15 oz.) jar green salsa
  • 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 c. pickled sliced jalapeo chiles
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 1 (20 oz.) bag tortilla chips

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Coat 8 x 8 x 2-inch glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

    Spoon salsa over bottom of dish.

    Top with cheese.

    Bake in 350° oven 30 minutes or until bubbly.

    Remove from oven.

    Sprinkle with avocado, jalapeo and cilantro.

    Serve with chips.
