- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 (6-ounce) package (1 cup) butterscotch-flavored chips
- 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes Butter
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (11.5-ounce) can ( 1 1/2 cups) mixed nuts
Directions

1Heat oven to 350F.

2Line 13x9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, extending foil over ends.

3Spray foil with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.

4Combine all crust ingredients in bowl.

5Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

6Press crumb mixture into prepared pan.

7Bake 10 minutes.

8Place all topping ingredients except mixed nuts in 2-quart saucepan.

9Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 5-7 minutes or until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.

10Stir in nuts until well coated.

11Spread mixture over hot, partially baked crust.

12Continue baking 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

13Cool completely.

14Lift bars out of pan using foil ends; cut into bars.
