  • Kosher salt
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 ounces gin or vodka
  • 1/2 cup white grapefruit juice

Directions

    Rub lime wedge around the rim of a highball glass; dip rim in salt. Set aside.

    Fill a mixing glass or tumbler three-fourths full with ice. Add gin and grapefruit juice; stir until condensation forms on outside of glass. Pour into prepared glass, straining ice if desired.
