- 12 pork and beef sausages (skins removed)
- 6 eggs plus extra for egg wash
- 1 tbsp garlic granules
- 1 tbsp onion granules
- 1 tbsp mixed herbs
- 1 season flour
- 1 bread crumbs
- 1 oil for frying
Directions

1Place eggs in pan of boiling water and cook for 8 mins

2Prepare seasoned flour, eggs and flour on separate plates

3Prepare sausage meat and mix in herbs, garlic and onion powder

4Once eggs are cooked, peel the eggs, leave to cool for 5 mins

5Heat oil and make a pate of sausage, place egg in centre and wrap round the sausage meat,

6Place the wraped egg in the flour, then egg and finally breadcrumb

7Place in batches into oil and cook for 5 mins or until golden brown
