  • 1 left over dough from making samoosa pastry (recipe attached)
  • 1 oil for deep frying
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

    Pour oil into deep frying pan.

    Test to see if oil is ready by placing a piece of dough in.
  3. 3
    If it foats to the top it is ready.
  4. 4
    Place dough in small flat pieces in the pan and turn until they have turned a deep golden brown.

    It should resemble tortilla chips.

    Remove from oil onto paper towels and sprinkle on combined sugar and cinnamon straight away.
