- 1 left over dough from making samoosa pastry (recipe attached)
- 1 oil for deep frying
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions

1Pour oil into deep frying pan.

2Test to see if oil is ready by placing a piece of dough in.

3If it foats to the top it is ready.

4Place dough in small flat pieces in the pan and turn until they have turned a deep golden brown.

5It should resemble tortilla chips.

6Remove from oil onto paper towels and sprinkle on combined sugar and cinnamon straight away.

7Njoy.
