  • 7 ounces, weight All-purpose Flour
  • 3-5/8 ounces, weight Fine Sugar (castor Sugar)
  • 1/8 ounces, weight Salt
  • 1 whole Egg White
  • 5-1/3 ounces, weight Butter

Directions

    Sift the flour, sugar and salt together. Mix in the egg white and butter. Knead to a soft dough. Roll out on a floured surface and press out into shapes or circles. Place on a greased or lined baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes at 150°C (about 300°F).
