- 2 lb. sugar (4 c.)
- 1 1/4 lb. butter (1/2 and 1/2, if desired)
- 4 eggs
- 2 lb. flour (8 c.)
Directions

1Mix sugar and butter in mixer until fluffy.

2Add eggs and continue to beat.

3Add flour, a cup at a time.

4Mix until mixer won't mix anymore.

5Then add remaining flour by mixing with your hands.

6Roll in logs.

7Let stand overnight in refrigerator.

8Cut log in sections and roll as thin as possible on floured surface. Cut in desired shapes.

9Bake at 350° for 5 to 8 minutes.
