Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter (Parkay or Imperial)
  • 7 tsp. powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. nuts
  • 2 c. flour

Directions

    Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add flour and nuts and mix well. Roll in 1/2-inch balls or press into cookie size.

    Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes or until light brown.

    Remove from oven and roll in powdered sugar while hot.

    Let cook and roll in powdered sugar again. Makes approximately 4 dozen.
