- 6 green tomatoes
- 6 small onions
- 4 red peppers
- 4 green peppers
- 2 c. vinegar
- 3 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
- 3 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 pt. mayonnaise
- 2 1/2 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Grind tomatoes, onions and peppers in food processor and chop; pour off juice.

2Add to vinegar, brown sugar and salt.

3Cook for 15 minutes, stirring to prevent sticking.

4Mix the cornstarch and mustard with enough water to make a paste.

5Add to mixture and cook 2 minutes.

6Then add mayonnaise.

7Stir well.

8Fill hot sterilized jars to top and seal airtight.
