- 4 qt. green tomatoes
- 4 red peppers
- 5 green peppers
- 2 onions
- 4 tsp. salt
- 1 pt. vinegar
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 qt. salad dressing
- 6 oz. prepared mustard
Directions

1Grind all the vegetables.

2Put the salt over ground vegetables and let stand for 2 hours.

3Drain and add vinegar and sugar.

4Cook until tender, then cool.

5Add salad dressing and mustard.
