- 1 pt. green tomatoes
- 2 red peppers
- 2 green peppers
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sweet pickles, chopped
- 1 pt. cream
Directions

1Grind up green tomatoes, red peppers and green peppers in a bowl; add salt.

2Let stand for 30 minutes; drain.

3Add water and cook until dry or tender; cool.

4Mix the sugar, flour, mustard, sweet pickles, cream, vinegar and eggs together, then cook all of this until thick.

5Add the peppers and tomatoes that have cooled. Put in jars and refrigerate or seal while hot.
