  • 1 pt. green tomatoes
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sweet pickles, chopped
  • 1 pt. cream

Directions

    Grind up green tomatoes, red peppers and green peppers in a bowl; add salt.

    Let stand for 30 minutes; drain.

    Add water and cook until dry or tender; cool.
  4. 4
    Mix the sugar, flour, mustard, sweet pickles, cream, vinegar and eggs together, then cook all of this until thick.

    Add the peppers and tomatoes that have cooled. Put in jars and refrigerate or seal while hot.
