Ingredients

  • 1 gal. Zinfandel or Burgundy wine
  • 1 qt. orange juice
  • 1 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. brandy
  • 1/4 c. Cointreau
  • 1 qt. club soda
  • 2 oranges, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • ice ring

Directions

    Mix and chill wine, orange juice, sugar, brandy and Cointreau. Add the soda.

    Pour into a punch bowl over an ice ring.

    Float the lemon and orange slices on top.

    Recipe can be doubled easily. Yields 50 (4 ounce) servings.
