Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 sticks cinnamon, broken in half
  • 1 c. sparkling water
  • 1 c. apple juice
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1 bottle Chardonnay or dry white wine
  • 1 unpeeled orange, halved and thinly sliced
  • 1 unpeeled apple, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 sliced banana
  • ice cubes

Directions

    Heat sugar, water and cinnamon to boiling in 1-quart saucepan. Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes.

    Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours, but no longer than 1 week.

    Remove cinnamon sticks.
