- 4 garlic cloves, peeled (big uns)
- 30 ounces canned chick-peas, drained well (two 15- to 16-ounce cans)
- 12 cup green taco sauce, mild (such as La Victoria)
- 14 cup tahini
- 14 cup fresh lime juice
- 14 cup olive oil
- 12 cup cilantro, chopped fresh (packed)
- 2 tablespoons jalapeno chiles, chopped seeded deveined
Directions

1With processor running, drop garlic down feed tube and chop.

2Scrape down sides of bowl.

3Add chickpeas, taco sauce, tahini, lime juice and oil; blend until almost smooth, stopping to scrape down sides of bowl occasionally.

4Add cilantro and jalapenos.

5Blend briefly, using on/off turns.

6Season hummus to taste with salt and pepper.

7Transfer to serving bowl.
