  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 2 cups black beans, drained
  • 2 cups pinto beans, drained
  • 2 cups navy beans, drained
  • 2 cups shoepeg corn, drained
  • 2 cups Rotel tomatoes
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix
  • 4 cups water
  • sour cream
  • shredded cheese
  • Fritos

Directions

    Brown ground beef and drain.

    Add drained beans and corn.

    Mix in tomatoes.

    Stir in taco seasoning, ranch dressing mix and water.

    Cook for 2 hours on medium heat.

    Spoon into bowls.

    Top with sour cream, shredded cheese and Fritos.
