- 12 granny smith apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup butter, softened
Directions

1Arrange apples in a large baking dish.

2Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl, and mix with your hands until well combined.

3If mixture seems too dry, add a little more butter.

4Crumble the mixture evenly over the top of the apples.

5Bake at 180C for 30-40 minutes.

6Serve hot or cold, with icecream, or hot custard.
