- 2 c. torn iceberg lettuce
- 2 c. curly endive
- 2 c. romaine lettuce
- 6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. frozen peas, cooked
- 1 c. Swiss cheese strips
- 6 to 8 slices fried bacon, crumbled
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Alternate 3 layers of greens in bowl.

2Dot each layer with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1/3 cup onions, peas and cheese.

3Sprinkle 1 teaspoon sugar, salt and pepper.

4Top with bacon.

5Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight before mixing.
