Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. margarine or butter
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb. franks (cocktail franks or regular franks), cut into bite sized pieces

Directions

    In butter or margarine, saute celery and green pepper until tender.

    Add all but franks.

    Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Add franks and cook in sauce until they swell.
