- 4 (16 oz. each) cans clam chowder
- 2 (16 oz. each) cans kernel corn
- 2 (16 1/2 oz. each) cans minced clams
- 1 qt. half and half or milk
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- dried or fresh basil to taste
- tarragon to taste
Directions

1Saute onion in oil.

2Pour clam chowder, corn, clams, basil, sauteed onion and half and half into large pot.

3Add tarragon and pepper to taste.

4Let simmer until ready to serve with oyster crackers.
