  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. oregano

    Cook onion and garlic until tender in oil; do not scorch.

    Add all ingredients and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
