Saucy Caesar Chicken

  • 4 -6 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup caesar salad dressing (Kraft, creamy variety)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil (or 1 Tbs fresh)
  • 3 small tomatoes, chopped (seeded if desired)
  • 2 tablespoons bacon bits
  • 1 12 cups uncooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over med-high heat.

    Cook chicken breasts for about 5 minutes on each side.

    They should be slightly browned.
