Saucy Shrimp

  • 1 1/2 lb. cleaned, cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 c. tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken consomme
  • 1/2 to 1 c. sherry

Directions

    Put all but the shrimp into a saucepan.

    Hold out the sherry until later.

    Over medium heat bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Just before serving, add shrimp and sherry.

    Serve over rice.
