Saucy Tomato Pork Chops

  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 medium onion, sliced

Directions

    Combine flour, thyme and coat chops.

    In skillet, cook chops in hot oil 10 minutes on one side, then turn over and cook other side until brown.

    Pour off fat.

    Add soup, water and onion and return chops to skillet and cook 10 minutes or until pink is out.
