- 1/2 lb. butter or margarine
- 6 oz. lean pork, cubed or Canadian bacon
- 2 big onions, diced
- 1 lb. sauerkraut
- 2 sour apples, cubed
- water
Directions

1Saute diced onions in butter until lightly browned.

2Add cubed pork, then sauerkraut and top with cubed apples.

3Add a little water and simmer for 1/2 hour.

4Serve with mashed potatoes and pork or sausage.
