  • 1 (2 lb.) bag sauerkraut, undrained
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. caraway seed
  • 1 Tbsp. cumin seed
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 dash ground clove
  • 1/2 to 1 lb. pork shoulder or spareribs
