  • 2 lb. pork roast
  • 2 c. apple pieces
  • 4 Tbsp. (large) brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. caraway seed
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1/4 c. oleo
  • garlic salt
  • pepper
  • 2 large cans sauerkraut

Directions

    I cook my pork before and cut it up in small pieces, then add to the sauerkraut mixture.

    Bake at 350° several hours.
