  • 1 lb. ground beef or more
  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic to taste
  • brown sugar
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 c. V-8 juice
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 c. sauerkraut, drained
  • 2 c. warm water
