  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 box stuffing
  • 3/4 c. hot water
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Mix sausage, stuffing and water.

    Add onion, eggs and baking powder.

    Roll into balls and bake them for 15 minutes, covered, at 325°.

    Uncover, raise heat to 350° and bake for 25 more minutes.
