  • 3 c. buttermilk baking mix
  • 1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    In large bowl combine ingredients.

    Knead to form soft dough. Shape into 1-inch balls.

    Place on ungreased baking sheet.

    Bake 20 minutes in 350° oven until golden.

    Serve hot.

    Can be frozen. Makes 72 balls.
