  • 1 lb. lite sausage (either regular or sage)
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated and firmly packed
  • 2 c. lite Bisquick
  • 1/2 c. 1/2% milk

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Gather into a ball and chill in freezer awhile.

    Form into 3/4 to 1-inch balls.

    Place on cookie sheet with sides, as grease will drip during baking.

    Bake 25 minutes at 350° or 35 minutes at 325°.
