- 1 lb. lite sausage (either regular or sage)
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated and firmly packed
- 2 c. lite Bisquick
- 1/2 c. 1/2% milk
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Gather into a ball and chill in freezer awhile.

3Form into 3/4 to 1-inch balls.

4Place on cookie sheet with sides, as grease will drip during baking.

5Bake 25 minutes at 350° or 35 minutes at 325°.
