  • 1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
  • 1 lb. sausage (uncooked)
  • 3 c. Bisquick mix

Directions

    Cook sausage until done.

    Do not pour out the grease.

    Put cheese in and let melt.

    Remove from heat.

    Add Bisquick.

    Chill for 1 hour.

    Roll into small balls.

    Cook at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes.
