  • 1 lb. hot or mild sausage
  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 3 c. Bisquick
  • celery salt

Directions

    Mix sausage, cheese and Bisquick.

    Water may be added if mixture is too dry.

    Form into small balls.

    Sprinkle with celery salt.

    Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
